POSTAGE.

Due to Covid-19 we are currently working to a three week turnaround so please bear with us - we are working to try to keep everyone as safe as possible. Orders are posted using Hermes. Please allow 3 working days from receiving your dispatch email before contacting us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY.

We accept returns or exchanges for up to 14 days after your order has been received. 

Orders that are returned for any reason (other than a faulty or incorrect order, please see below) will receive a credit note. 

Customers are liable for any postage costs incurred for returning items, in addition to the postage costs of any new products for which the credit note are used against. 

Returned or exchanged products must not have been worn, washed or have been soiled in anyway and must still have the original tags attached. Items returned to us that do not adhere to these requirements will be returned to sender. 

 

Faulty or Incorrect Orders 

Firstly, if you have received a faulty or incorrect order we are sorry – we know how frustrating that can be! Please drop us an email and we will happily correct the mistake we’ve made
